Packed with high quality protein, buckwheat contains all eight amino acids that form a complete protein; the same can be said for sunflower and sweet pea micros. Buckwheat is also known to aid in digestion and has very strong antioxidant properties.

Micro Uses:

Great for juicing, this plant has a mild "grassy" flavor, and it can also be added to smoothies for a nutritional bump.

    10" x 10" trays seeded (crops) = 3-4

    Best medium to grow in = High yield when grown in coco coir

    One crop in a 10" x 10" tray will yield = About 8 ounces of micros

    Days from seed to harvest = 10-12

    Need to soak the seed before planting = yes, overnight
