Red sango radish is an easy-to-grow and nutrient packed microgreen. Microgreens in general are more nutrient dense than their full grown counterparts. Red sango radish is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C and PP and minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium which help strengthen the muscular tissues, develop sight and improve the digestive process.
Micro Uses:
Red sango radish micros are a spicy addition to a salad or sandwich, excellent in Vegan wraps as a flavor booster. It's more potent than it's full grown counterpart and adds crunch, texture and amazing color to any dish.

Best medium to grow in = More vigorous in coco coir, will grow well on hydro pads too
