Description:

Micro Radish is an easy-to-grow and nutrient packed microgreen. Microgreens in general are more nutrient dense than their full grown counterparts. Radish is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C and PP and minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium which help strengthen the muscular tissues, develop sight and improve the digestive process. Great liver and gull bladder cleanser.

Micro Uses:

Radish micros are a spicy addition to a salad or sandwich, excellent in Vegan wraps as a flavor booster. It's more potent than it's full grown counterpart and adds crunch, texture and amazing color to any dish. Reserve a few seeds for use in the garden to grow to full size.

    1 Ounce of Seed When Used as a Micro:

    10" x 10" trays seeded (crops) = 2-3

    Best medium to grow in = More vigorous in coco coir, will grow well on hydro pads too

    One crop in a 10" x 10" tray will yield = About 4 ounces of micros

    Days from seed to harvest = 7-10

    Need to soak the seed before planting = no
