Micro arugula is a quick grower as a micro - typically just over a week - and will add a pop of zest anywhere you use it. Arugula is also high in Vitamin K, Folate and Nitrate, while also containing notable amounts of calcium and protein. Also excellent when grown to full size in gardens or planters as well.

Arugula microgreens will had a pop of peppery flavor to any salad or sandwich. Amazing flavor when paired with watermelon and balsamic vinegar - an arugula fan's dream!

Best medium to grow in = Grows best in coco coir, will tolerate a hydro pad, prefers cooler temps
